Orzo Soup



  • 1-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 Large Tomato crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 Cups Orzo Pasta
  • 3-4 Cups Water or vegetable stock

How to make Turkish Orzo Soup

  1. Heat up oil and tomato paste together
  2. Mix in crushed tomato
  3. Add desired amount of salt
  4. Stir in your orzo pasta
  5. Add the water or vegetable stock, beginning with 3 cups and adding more if needed
  6. Stir well at first because pasta will stick
  7. Cook for about 10 minutes until pasta is soft
  8. ENJOY!
